Jessenia Maldonado
Jessenia Maldonado is an experienced employment law attorney at Shegerian & Associates. She handles all aspects of employment litigation, from pre-litigation through trial and appellate proceedings, and has represented employees in state and federal courts as well as before administrative agencies. Throughout her career, Ms. Maldonado has successfully litigated matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination under federal, state, and local employment laws.
Prior to joining Shegerian & Associates, Ms. Maldonado practiced in both private and government roles, including as a Contract Attorney/Investigator with the United States Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, where she investigated claims involving violations of federal civil rights laws.
