Neeka Tehrani
Neeka Tehrani is an Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates, where she brings sharp analytical instinct, powerful oral advocacy, and an unwavering commitment to her clients. As a first-generation Persian-American lawyer, Neeka is driven by a deep devotion to protecting individuals whose voices are too often ignored. She approaches every case with precision, compassion, and the resolve to secure meaningful, life-changing outcomes for her clients.
Before joining the firm, Neeka gained invaluable experience at Fox Studios during the landmark Disney merger, where she assisted senior executives with operational, contractual, and strategic matters. She later worked as a Case Assistant at a highly respected consumer law firm that spearheaded the Southern California Gas Leak class action, which resulted in a historic $1.8 billion settlement. In that role, Neeka supported the partners on complex litigation tasks, further refining her understanding of large-scale dispute management and high-stakes negotiation.
Neeka earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, cum laude, where she excelled academically while managing a full course load alongside her ongoing clerkship at Shegerian & Associates. At Loyola, Neeka distinguished herself through exceptional oral advocacy skills, strengthened through rigorous appellate advocacy training. She also participated in the school’s Family Law Clinic, where she mediated divorce matters pro bono, centering empathy, de-escalation, and client empowerment. Neeka additionally served as Social Chair of the Iranian Law Student Association, fostering community and representation within the law school.
Neeka graduated from the University of Southern California in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Law, during which she completed a substantial portion of her coursework at USC Gould School of Law. She devotes her practice to civil rights, employment law, and all forms of sexual assault and harassment cases, and is deeply committed to advocating for clients who need strong, compassionate representation during the most challenging moments of their lives.
