Neeka Tehrani is an Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates, where she advocates for clients with clarity, precision, and a results-driven approach.

Prior to joining the firm, Neeka gained experience at Fox Studios during the Disney merger, assisting senior executives with operational and contractual matters. She later worked as a Case Assistant at a prominent consumer law firm involved in the Southern California Gas Leak class action, contributing to complex litigation efforts that resulted in a $1.8 billion settlement.

Neeka earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, cum laude, while clerking at Shegerian & Associates. At Loyola, she developed strong appellate and oral advocacy skills and participated in the Family Law Clinic, mediating divorce matters pro bono with an emphasis on empathy and resolution.

She received her B.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from the University of Southern California in 2020, completing substantial coursework at USC Gould School of Law. Neeka’s practice focuses on civil rights, employment law, and sexual assault and harassment matters, where she is dedicated to providing strong, client-centered advocacy during pivotal moments in her clients’ lives.
