Lucy Igarian is an Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates, where she is dedicated to ensuring that every employee is treated with dignity, fairness, and respect. Guided by a lifelong passion for helping others, she approaches each case with compassion, thoughtfulness, and a strong commitment to achieving meaningful results for her clients.

Before joining Shegerian & Associates, Ms. Igarian clerked for the Honorable Amy Armenuhi Ashvanian at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center. Working closely with the court strengthened her appreciation for the impact of strong advocacy and the importance of giving individuals a voice during challenging times. While in law school, she served as a Dean’s Fellow and the Head Teaching Assistant for Torts, roles that allowed her to mentor students and refine her communication and leadership skills.

Ms. Igarian earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School, where she received the Top Grade Award in Legal Writing. She graduated Cum Laude from California State University, Northridge with a B.A. in Political Science. Steadfast and client-focused, she is committed to advocating for employees across California and guiding them through the legal process with care and clarity.
