Marvin Macias is an Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates who stands firmly on the side of employees who have been wronged, representing plaintiffs in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
His path into employment law began in law school, where he represented workers as a Certified Law Student through Golden Gate University's Women's Employment Rights Clinic, later earning a Certificate of Specialization in Public Interest Law.
Before joining the firm, he spent time protecting the rights of low-income tenants at a Central Valley non-profit, work that sharpened his client-first instincts and reinforced the perseverance and humility he brings to every case.
