Matthew Ghalchi focuses his practice on representing employees in labor and employment matters. Known for his empathy and client-centered approach, Mr. Ghalchi takes great pride in standing up for employees during some of the most challenging moments of their lives, ensuring their voices are heard and their rights protected.
Before joining Shegerian & Associates, Mr. Ghalchi gained extensive, hands-on litigation experience at prominent plaintiff-side law firms, where he worked on all phases of civil litigation. Through this work, he developed a strong appreciation for effective advocacy and the importance of guiding clients through complex legal disputes with clarity, confidence, and compassion. His background has equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate high-stakes employment cases while maintaining a steadfast commitment to his clients’ best interests.
