Nick Yasman is a Senior Associate Attorney at Shegerian & Associates who oversees employment matters from their inception through resolution, including alternative dispute resolution, settlement, and jury trial.
Mr. Yasman represents employees in claims involving workplace retaliation, discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, and toxic tort fraudulent concealment. His experience spans cases against a wide range of employers, including public entities, law enforcement agencies, Fortune 500 corporations, pharmaceutical companies, financial institutions, retail giants, and hospitality chains.
Mr. Yasman also has extensive experience litigating complex representative claims brought under the Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 (PAGA), as well as other wage and hour claims.
