David Galloway

David Galloway is an Associate Attorney at our San Diego office, where he offers strategic counsel to clients navigating employment-related challenges. With a strong dedication to ensuring fair treatment in the workplace, David vigorously represents individuals in cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, and constructive discharge.

David graduated cum laude from the University of California, Santa Cruz, with a B.A. in political science and legal studies. He then attended Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law, on a full-tuition merit scholarship, where he was also awarded the Distinguished Student Fellowship. During law school, David served as Senior Articles Editor for the Chapman Law Review, worked as an Academic Fellow under Professor Richard Redding, and externed for the Honorable David O. Carter at the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. His academic excellence earned him the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Employment Law and a Commitment to Service Award for contributing over 50 hours of pro bono service.

Before joining Shegerian & Associates, David gained valuable experience representing both public and private entities in a variety of legal matters, including wage and hour disputes, workplace investigations, religious discrimination, and breach of contract actions. David’s comprehensive background and unwavering commitment to his clients make him a powerful advocate in the fight for workplace justice.
