Gevik Yenoki
Gevik Yenoki is a Trial Attorney at Shegerian & Associates. He joined the firm in 2022 and focuses exclusively on employee civil-rights litigation in both state and federal courts. He represents employees who have been harmed — financially and emotionally— by large corporate employers. His practice spans all phases of litigation, including pretrial strategy and motion practice, trial advocacy, and post-trial proceedings.
Mr. Yenoki’s commitment to trial work took shape during law school through his service with the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, where he volunteered as a Certified Law Clerk and later as a Post-Bar Law Clerk. In those roles, he conducted preliminary and evidentiary hearings, second-chaired criminal trials, and developed substantial courtroom experience. He further refined his litigation skills in Loyola Law School’s Hobbs District Attorney Clinic, whose rigorous classroom component complemented his hands-on prosecutorial work and prepared him for the day-to-day demands of courtroom practice.
