Associate Attorney
Nicholas Wagener
Nicholas joined Shegerian & Associates in October 2025 as an Associate Attorney, bringing with him a strong background in litigation and a genuine passion for advocacy.
Before joining the firm, Nicholas practiced at Zanghi Torres Arshansky LLP, where he focused on landlord-tenant law. There, he represented low-income housing providers in contested matters and advised clients on regulatory compliance, building a solid foundation in litigation and client service.
Nicholas earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2022. During law school, he sharpened his advocacy skills through the USF Internet & IP Justice Clinic—helping clients protect their trademark and domain rights—and through the California Tax Appeals Assistance Program, where he provided pro bono legal counsel to middle- and lower-income taxpayers.
Outside the office, Nicholas enjoys cooking, woodworking, and exploring Bay Area trails with his two dogs.
