Associate Attorney
Jayna Fuller
Jayna joined Shegerian & Associates in October 2025 as an Associate Attorney.
Before joining the firm, Jayna worked at another plaintiff-side employment law firm, where she represented employees in cases involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour violations.
Jayna earned her J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law. During law school, Jayna earned the Tech Edge J.D. Certificate and served as a Student Associate with the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to small businesses. There, she developed a deep appreciation for client engagement and learned the complexities of employment and business law. Jayna also gained experience in policy and technology through summer internships with Roblox and Adobe, where she focused on safety-by-design initiatives and child safety policy. Across all her roles, Jayna’s approach has been grounded in empathy and advocacy.
Outside the office, Jayna enjoys supporting Bay Area sports teams, taking Pilates classes, and spending time with friends and family.
