Jayna Fuller
Jayna joined Shegerian & Associates in October 2025 as an Associate Attorney.
Before joining the firm, she worked at another plaintiff-side employment law firm, representing employees in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage-and-hour violations.
Jayna earned her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Loyola Marymount University. After graduation, she began her legal career as a paralegal at a plaintiff-side civil litigation firm before attending Santa Clara University School of Law, where she earned her J.D. While in law school, she served as a Student Associate with the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic, offering free legal services to small businesses and gaining hands-on experience with employment law issues.
Jayna cares deeply about building trust with her clients, ensuring they feel supported and understood as they navigate the litigation process. Jayna’s approach is grounded in empathy and advocacy.
Outside the office, she enjoys supporting Bay Area sports teams, doing Pilates, and spending time with friends and family.
