Scott R. Liebert is an Associate Attorney with Shegerian & Associates. His work as an employment law attorney includes all aspects of case management from drafting and reviewing complaints and oppositions to trial preparation and inception of settlement or trial. Mr. Liebert studied at Chapman University School of Law where he focused on sports and entertainment employment law. As a Chapman Law student, Mr. Liebert served in several law competitions including Moot Court, the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Competition Experience, and the National Tulane Professional Football Negotiation Competition. He also worked as a Dean’s Academic Fellow to the School of Law Academic Affairs where he aided multiple professors in employment law education and tutorials. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Liebert earned a BA in psychology from Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, CA.

Prior to his arrival as an employment law attorney for Shegerian & Associates, Mr. Liebert worked for a Los Angeles criminal defense firm where he negotiated pleas with district and city attorneys and appeared in various Los Angeles and Orange County courts for preliminary hearings and arraignments. Mr. Liebert also gained employment law experience as a Law Clerk for a workers compensation and employee discrimination firm in San Francisco where he helped analyze workers’ compensation cases.
