Cheryl A. Kenner is an Associate Attorney with Shegerian & Associates. Her work includes representing plaintiffs in employment class actions, personal injury, and product liability cases in the transportation, restaurant, retail, and service industries. Before working as a personal injury lawyer, Ms. Kenner received her law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California. Here, she served as a Staff Member for the Loyola Entertainment Law Review and Co-President of the Tax Law Society. Ms. Kenner also received a BA from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in Political Science and Public Affairs.

Prior to arriving at Shegerian & Associates, Ms. Kenner served as a personal injury lawyer for a Los Angeles personal injury law firm where she helped represent plaintiffs in personal injury and product liability matters. In this role she helped manage client relations, argue motions, negotiate settlements, and draft dispositive and class certification motions, oppositions, complaints, and mediation briefs. Ms. Kenner also externed as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Alex Kozinski in the U.S. Court of Appeals of Pasadena, California. Additionally, Ms. Kenner has experience working as a Litigation Paralegal to several personal injury law firms in the Los Angeles area.
