He is also noted for winning the largest verdict against a Fortune 500 company in the last five years.
Nominated by CAALA as Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2006, Mr. Shegerian is licensed to practice in all California courts, local federal courts and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Shegerian has also been nominated for California's top labor and employment lawyer for 2009.

An experienced plaintiff's trial attorney and negotiator, Mr. Urbanic has won employment cases on behalf of our clients in state and federal court and litigated employment matters in both California and Montana.
Some of his significant verdicts include Incalza vs. Fendi (US District Court, Central District, California – $1.1 million); Lozano vs. Alcoa (Los Angeles Superior Court, $9.1 million); and Tovar vs. Bank of America (Los Angeles Superior Court, $1.6 million).
He also serves as a Special Master for the State Bar of California.
